Who can apply for a wholesale account? Established boutiques, gift shops, museum stores, hotel boutiques, and mission-aligned retailers may apply.
What is the reorder minimum? Our minimum for reorders is $75.
How long does order processing take? Wholesale orders generally require approximately 10–14 business days to prepare before shipping.
When is payment required? The first wholesale order must be prepaid. Additional payment arrangements may be considered for established wholesale partners.
What is the opening-order minimum? Our opening-order minimum is $150.
What are the minimum quantities? Minimum quantities are generally four to six units per style. Some products may have different case-pack requirements.
How is shipping calculated? Shipping is billed at cost and calculated based on the package size, weight and destination. Orders ship from Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Do you offer retail exclusivity? Retail exclusivity may be available based on location and order volume and requires a separate written agreement.
