Thank you for supporting The Paree Foundation. Every purchase you make helps further our mission—and we want to make sure your items arrive safely and promptly.

1. Processing Time

All of our items are made to order and handcrafted with care.
Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

We offer flat-rate or calculated shipping based on your location and order weight. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as:

• USPS (United States Postal Service)

• UPS or FedEx (for larger or bulk shipments)

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.

 

4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand this in the future.

 

5. Local Pickup or Delivery (Optional Section – if applicable)

If you are local to the El Paso, Colorado, area, you may be eligible for:

• Free local pickup (by appointment)

• Flat-rate delivery within a specified radius

Details will be shared during checkout if available.

 

6. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen events. However, we are happy to help resolve any delivery issues.

If your order appears lost or hasn’t arrived within 15 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@thepareefoundation.org with your order number.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thepareefoundation.org with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll work to make it right.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy as needed. The most current version will always be available on our website.
