About Us
Founded in 2025, The Paree Foundation is a Deaf-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, serving communities nationwide. We are committed to advancing economic mobility for Deaf and hard-of-hearing youth and young adults by addressing systemic inequities in education, employment, and entrepreneurship.
Established by Deaf young adults, The Paree Foundation provides accessible, community-based programs that empower participants through STEM education, financial literacy, and creative entrepreneurship. Our training and workshops are culturally and linguistically relevant, designed with Deaf accessibility at the center, and delivered using visual learning and inclusive instruction.
With a focus on measurable outcomes, we equip Deaf youth and young adults with the skills, confidence, and resources needed to launch businesses, pursue career pathways, and strengthen long-term self-sufficiency. Through education, mentorship, and community engagement, The Paree Foundation is building pathways for Deaf innovators to learn, create, and thrive—locally and nationwide.
